Concord Journal: Sen. Elizabeth Warren speaks to more than 1,500 in Concord
With political tensions high in Washington and at home, more local and national lawmakers have taken to town halls to hear what their constituents have to say.
In Concord, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Massachusetts, did just that Aug. 25, hosting her 13th listening event to a packed house.
Taking the stage with more than 1,500 supporters and local residents watching, Warren, greeted the excited crowd at Concord-Carlisle High School with energy and excitement that matched the two rooms of people who had come out, hoping to have their questions answered.
