Warren and Brown Statement on Anti-Worker NLRB Rulings

Millions of American workers rely on the NLRB to protect their right to bargain for better pay and benefits

Washington, DC - Senators Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) today issued a statement on the recent harmful, anti-worker National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) rulings that advance corporate special interests at the expense of America's workers:

"President Trump's effort to stack the NLRB with two anti-worker attorneys supported by large corporations paid off last week. Like clockwork and without any public input, the Board checked several items off those corporations' wish list by repealing several policies that would keep employers from undermining workers' rights," said Senators Warren and Brown. "Between handing control of the NLRB over to big corporations and frantically trying to lower their own taxes, President Trump and Congressional Republicans have shown time and time again that when they make the rules, they're made for corporate donors, not working families."
