Senator Warren to Serve as the Ranking Member on the Consumer Protection Subcommittee

Washington, D.C. - Today, Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Chairman Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) and Ranking Member Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) announced the panel's subcommittee assignments for the 115th Congress. Senator Warren will serve as the Ranking Member on the Financial Institutions and Consumer Protection Subcommittee.

"I look forward to serving as Ranking Member on the Financial Institutions and Consumer Protection Subcommittee, and I will keep fighting to protect families in Massachusetts and across the country from predatory practices and bad financial actors," said Senator Warren.

Senator Warren will also serve on the Economic Policy Subcommittee and the Securities, Insurance, and Investment Subcommittee.
