The Business Journals: Elizabeth Warren wants to curb secret settlements

U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren, a Democrat from Massachusetts, is introducing a bill that will make it harder for companies to hide settlements over sexual harassment claims with employees.

 "Our bill will help systemically expose workplace harassment and push employers across the country to aggressively prevent it," Warren told BuzzFeed News.

The proposed law also would require companies to report the number of complaints in the process of being resolved, per BuzzFeed.
