New Bedford Standard-Times: New Bedford airport to get $6.6 million for runway update

NEW BEDFORD - The FAA has granted more than $6 million in funding to New Bedford Regional Airport in order to update runway 1432.

Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Ed Markey in conjunction with Rep. William Keating announced the $6.6 million in funding on Tuesday for the oldest runway in the state.
