Wicked Local: #MaldenStopTheStigma catches attention of Sen. Warren

When #MaldenStopTheStigma caught the attention of U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren, she arranged to meet with members of Malden Overcoming Addiction (MOA) and local officials to discuss the addiction crisis.

"It was huge," MOA spokesman Paul Hammersley said of Warren's visit. "This was amazing. I can't even think of another word. She got wind of #MaldenStopTheStigma Day all the way in Washington and wanted to hear more about it."
