SPRINGFIELD - Just before his ceremonial swearing in at the Wood Museum of Springfield History, U.S. District Judge Mark G. Mastroianni was slightly on edge. He reflected on the challenges of the job in a still-sparsely furnished office while knowing hundreds of people were waiting to pay him homage.
